All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and issue a written confirmation. It is your responsibility to check that all details on your confirmation are correct.
An advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable before the start of the trip as communicated at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and may change due to factors such as fuel costs, taxes, currency fluctuations or changes in supplier rates until the booking is confirmed.
You are responsible for carrying valid identification and any documents, permits or visas required for your journey. We are not liable for any loss arising from missing or invalid travel documents.
While we strive to operate all trips as advertised, itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
Exotic Holiday acts as an intermediary between travellers and independent service providers such as hotels, transporters and activity operators. We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, damage or additional expense caused by these third parties or by events beyond our reasonable control.
Travellers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with local laws and the reasonable instructions of guides and operators. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services to any traveller whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
